Mobile Devices. Mobile devices which are issued by and belonging to the Contractor for purposes of processing Personal Data should have access control measures and remote wipe capability turned on. Procedures should be in place to report and wipe data off lost mobile devices immediately after detection of loss.

Mobile Devices. Any Purchases or other transactions made using a smart phone, tablet or other electronic device on which your Account number and/or other Account information has been stored or downloaded (“Mobile Devices”) are covered by the terms of this Agreement. Applications that use your Account information to make transactions may have separate terms of use. We are not responsible if you violate those terms, or for any consequences resulting from any violation of those terms.
Mobile Devices. You are responsible for providing and maintaining your own wireless handheld device and for ensuring that it is compatible with Mobile Banking services. We are not responsible for any problems you may experience with your equipment or for any damage to your device from the use of Mobile Banking services. You understand that wireless devices may be subject to viruses, and we are not responsible for ensuring your device is protected from these viruses.
Mobile Devices. If mobile devices are used by the Contractor in the performance of this Agreement to access Protected University Data, Contractor shall install and activate authentication and encryption capabilities on each mobile device in use.
Mobile Devices. To use the mobile app provided with the Service (the "App"), you must have a mobile device that is compatible with the App. We do not warrant that the App will be compatible with your mobile device. You are responsible for any message and data rates from your mobile service provider when you use the App. You must comply with all rules and regulations of your mobile service provider and the mobile app store from which you download the App. If you download the Mobile App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is solely between you and JH, not Apple, Inc. ("Apple") and that Apple has no responsibility for the App or content thereof. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Store Terms of Service. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be solely governed by this Agreement and any law applicable to us as provider of the App. You acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims of you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation; and all such claims are governed solely by this Agreement and any law applicable to us as provider of the Service. You acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of that App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, JH, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim to the extent required by this Agreement. You and we acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement as relates to your license of the App and compliance with the terms and rules of the Apple App Store, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement as rela...
Mobile Devices. If access to the Party’s Direct Messaging Service is permitted through a mobile device, then such Party will require its respective Users to only access the Party’s Direct Messaging Service through mobile devices that have appropriate security protections as determined by the Party based on the functionality and capability of the Party’s Direct Messaging Service.
Mobile Devices. Contractors shall provide devices to enable services, hereafter called “service enabling devices” or SEDS. The technical requirements for SEDs are outlined in the sections below. The Contractor shall include SEDs for zero dollars bundled with the price of the service. Features are not part of the base service. Part 3: Service Plans, Pricing Schedules, and Payment Options Payment Methods for Paid Service Options For wireless phone usage in addition to your monthly minute and text message allocation in your California Lifeline plan and in order to utilize messaging, data and other enhanced services or features, you must add money to the cash balance of your American Assistance account. Top-Up. You add money to the cash balance of your American Assistance account by using one of our Top-Up methods. You can Top-Up your account by (1) registering your credit/debit card or PayPal account (a “registered payment method”), or (2) buying an American Assistance Top- Up card at any of thousands of retail locations, or (3) making a payment at any of our authorized payment centers. Call 0-000-000-0000 for payment center locations in your area You can Top-Up using a credit card, debit card or PayPal account. The minimum amount per Top-Up is $10 and the maximum amount per Top- Up is $120. You may only add $150 to your account in a single day and the maximum account balance at one time is $400. The value of any Top- Up amount or card cannot be applied to any wireless service other than American Assistance. Auto Top-Up. You can register to automatically Top-Up your account. By registering for Auto Top-Up, you agree to have the Auto Top-Up amount you have selected deducted from your credit card, debit card or PayPal account and added to your American Assistance account according to one of the following options: (1) once every month on the date you specify; (2) once every 90 days; (3) once every 45 days; or (4) when your balance falls below $5. The minimum Auto Top-Up amount is $10. You can set up, modify, or cancel your Auto Top-Up preferences by calling American Assistance at 0-000-000-0000.
Mobile Devices. Employees who are using their own mobile devices for work and are receiving the mobile device allowance as of the date of ratification of this collective agreement will continue to use their own cell phones and receive the mobile device allowance (if they so choose) until their mobile device plan expires, after which time mobile devices will be supplied by the Company.

By using the MOBILE SERVICES, YOU agree that COMPANY may communicate with YOU by SMS, MMS or other electronic means to YOUR mobile device and that certain information about YOUR usage of the MOBILE SERVICES may be communicated to COMPANY. In the event YOU change or deactivate YOUR mobile telephone number, YOU agree to promptly update YOUR mobile subscription account information with us to ensure that the messages COMPANY intends to send to YOU are not sent to another entity who acquires such mobile telephone or number.
