Mobile Device Use. Through the life of this agreement, full-time employees will be reimbursed sixty dollars ($60) per month for business-related use of personal mobile devices.

Mobile Device Use. You must download a mobile device application from the internet that controls the operation of the S3 Scanner via a Bluetooth connection (the S3 Scanner Application). The S3 Scanner Application is developed for mobile devices as made available by Nu Skin and announced through company communications. You shall bear responsibility for downloading the S3 Scanner Application and purchasing and maintaining a func- tioning mobile device in order to operate the Scanner. You are responsible for all content and data management as a result of using and owning a mobile device. You assume all risk of loss, damage, theft or destruction of your mobile device. Furthermore, in the event of loss, damage, theft or destruction, you shall be responsible for obtaining repairs or a suitable replacement device in order to operate the S3 Scanner. Nu Skin shall support functionality of the S3 Scanner Application only, and shall not provide support for your mobile device.
Mobile Device Use. “Mobile Device” refers to a smartphone, tablet, or any other hand held device which allows for electronic presentment of a Card for transaction payment. When you use your Card with your Mobile Device for transactions: • Mobile carrier message and data rates may apply. • Your Card information is sent across wireless and computer networks. • Information about your Mobile Device may be transmitted to us. • Your Mobile Device should be secured using password protection, and you should lock your Mobile Device to help prevent unauthorized use. • Notify us promptly if your Mobile Device containing your Card information is lost or stolen. When you use your Card with your Mobile Device for transactions, third parties (such as merchants, card association networks, mobile carriers, mobile wallet operators, mobile device manufacturers, and software application providers) may: (1) use and receive your Card information, and (2) receive information about your Mobile Device. By storing your Card information in a digital wallet, you agree that any use of such digital wallet will be subject to those terms as may be amended from time to time. Umpqua is not liable for any third party’s failure with regard to the third party’s products, services, information, recommendations or content. We encourage you to carefully review third party offers, products, and services to become familiar with any applicable restrictions or conditions. We may, at any time, partially or fully restrict your ability to make Card transactions through a Mobile Device.

Mobile Device Use. By using the System you consent to our use of your smart phone or mobile device number for text messages and/or app notifications to provide, perform and improve the System. While we do not currently assess any charge for use of your device, standard charges of your wireless carrier may apply. You acknowledge that if you block receipt of our text messages your use and enjoyment of the System may be impacted. In order to use a Mobile Application, you may also need to purchase an appropriate data plan from your wireless carrier and we are not responsible for overages or for actions that your wireless carrier may take against you for using data in violation of your wireless carrier’s service terms.

  • CONTRACTOR PORTABLE DEVICES Contractor shall not place Data on any portable Device unless Device is located and remains within Contractor’s CONUS Data Center. For Authorized Users subject to ITS policies, the Data, and/or the portable device containing the Data, shall be destroyed in accordance with applicable ITS destruction policies (ITS Policy S13-003 Sanitization/Secure Disposal and S14-003 Information Security Controls or successor) when the Contractor is no longer contractually required to store the Data. TRANSFERRING OF DATA General Except as required for reliability, performance, security, or availability of the services, the Contractor will not transfer Data unless directed to do so in writing by the Authorized User. All Data shall remain in CONUS. At the request of the Authorized User, the Contractor will provide the services required to transfer Data from existing Databases to physical storage devices, to facilitate movement of large volumes of Data. The Authorized User may require several Cloud providers to share or transfer Data for a period of time. This will be provided for in the Authorized User Agreement or shall be assumed to be limited to a six month duration. Transfer of Data at End of Contract and/or Authorized User Agreement Term At the end of the Contract and/or Authorized User Agreement term, Contractor may be required to facilitate transfer of Data to a new Contractor. This transfer must be carried out as specified by the Authorized User in the Authorized User Agreement. Transfer of Data; Charges Contractor cannot charge for the transfer of Data unless the charges are provided for in response to an Authorized User RFQ. Transfer of Data; Contract Breach or Termination Notwithstanding Section 3.6.3, in the case of Contract breach or termination for cause of the Contract, all expenses for the transfer of Data shall be the responsibility of the Contractor.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.
