MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT. Thank you for using the Mobile Money Services (“Services”) and any related Software (“Software”) provided by Susquehanna Community Bank (“Financial Institution”) combined with your handheld's text messaging capabilities. By participating in the Services or using the Software, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, in addition to any terms and conditions to which you have previously agreed with respect to the underlying electronic banking and billpay services of which the Service is a part. Financial Institution in its discretion may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Standard messaging charges apply.

MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT. This agreement contains the terms that govern your use of the Mobicint Mobile Banking application services. You may use this service to access your accounts on a mobile device. By using Mobile Banking to access an account you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement, which supplements the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at the time of Account opening. This also includes the standard Mobicint agreement and disclosure previously agreed to during your initial enrollment. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.
MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT. FirstLight Federal Credit Union’s mobile banking refers generally to any service allowing a member to access their accounts from a cell phone or mobile device to include Text Banking & Alerts. The service allows you to view balances and track recent account activity for your accounts from your mobile device and receive alerts for which you have subscribed. Access to and use of Text Banking & Alerts service is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Unauthorized use of the service or information accessed via this service is strictly prohibited. You agree that when you use our Mobile Banking services, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all existing agreements. You acknowledge that certain wireless service providers and/or wireless carriers may assess fees, limitations, and/or restrictions that might impact your use of Mobile Banking. You expressly agree that you are responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions, and that we may contact you via your wireless device for any purpose concerning your accounts, including account servicing and collection purposes. You represent that you are the legal owner of the account and other financial information, which may be accessed via Mobile Banking. You represent and agree that all information you provide us in connection with Mobile Banking is accurate current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide such information to us for the purpose of operating Mobile Banking services. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or your account information. You agree to keep your account information confidential, up-to- date, and accurate. You agree to keep your financial information secure even when using mobile features that allow you to access your account information without the use of log-in credentials. Biometrics. Biometric technologies are used for consumer account authentication. A biometric identifier measures an individual’s unique physical characteristics and compares it to a stored digital template for authentication. A physical characteristic can be a thumbprint or iris pattern. A biometric identifier can be used as a single or multifactor process. The strength of biometrics is related to the uniqueness of the physical characteristic selected for verification. MOBILE BANKING AGREEMENT. This Agreement applies to any electronic fund transfer made to or from Your Account(s) by You or by any user who has access to Your Account with actual, apparent or implied authority for use of Your Account. An electronic funds transfer is any transfer of funds other than by check or other paper instrument which is performed through the use of Our Online/Mobile Banking system or other electronic device. You understand that any Personal Identification Numbers (PINs) or Access Codes are issued by Us and are not transferable. The use of Your PIN, Access Code and/or any other Account access device is subject to the following terms. You agree: (a) to abide by Our rules and regulations as amended from time to time related to the use of Your PIN, Access Code and/or other Account access device; and (b) that We may follow all instructions given to the Online/Mobile Banking system. Each withdrawal by You or by any authorized user of Your PIN or Access Code may be charged to Your Share Account, Your Share Draft Account, or Your Line of Credit as appropriate, and will be treated as though it were a share withdrawal or Line of Credit Advance except that We may charge withdrawals to Your Share Account or Line of Credit in any order We determine. We may, but are under no obligation to do so, process an Electronic Fund Transfer that exceeds the available balance in Your Share and/or Share Draft Account. In the event that any such transfer occurs, You agree to immediately pay Us any overdrawn amount and to the extent permitted by law, any associated fees and charges. We may charge a service fee for an NSF item each time it is presented, thus we may charge you more than one service fee for any given item. When we charge a fee for NSF items, the charge reduces the available balance in your account and may put your account into (or further into) a negative balance.

  • Mobile Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Make xxxx payments from your savings or checking account using the Mobile Xxxx Xxxxx service . When you register for Mobile Banking, designated accounts and payees (or billers) linked to your account through Online Banking will be accessible through the Mobile Banking service.

  • Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

  • Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

  • Mobile Banking Service Mobile Banking is offered as a convenience and supplemental service to our Online Banking services. It is not intended to replace access to Online Banking from your personal computer or other methods you use for managing your accounts and services with us. Mobile Banking allows you to access your Patriot account information, use bill pay, transfer funds between your accounts, deposit items remotely and conduct other banking transactions. We reserve the right to limit the types and number of accounts eligible and the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. We may also reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking Service at any time. Mobile Banking may not be accessible over some network carriers. In addition, the Mobile Banking Service may not be supportable for all Devices. Patriot cannot guarantee, and is not responsible for, the availability of data services provided by your mobile carrier, such as (but not limited to) data outages or "out of range" issues. You agree to accept responsibility for learning how to use Mobile Banking in accordance with the instructions and agree that you will contact us directly if you have any problems with Mobile Banking. We may modify the Mobile Banking Service from time to time at our sole discretion. You are responsible for making sure you understand how to use Mobile Banking as modified. You also accept responsibility for making sure that you know how to properly use your Device and we will not be liable to you for any losses caused by your failure to properly use the Mobile Banking Service or your Device. You agree that, when you use Mobile Banking, you remain subject to the terms and conditions of your existing agreements with any unaffiliated service providers, including, but not limited to, your mobile service provider and that this Agreement does not amend or supersede any of those agreements. You understand that those agreements may include fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of Mobile Banking (such as data usage or text messaging charges imposed on you by your mobile service provider for uses of or interaction with Mobile Banking), you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations, and restrictions. You agree that only your mobile service provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your provider directly without involving us. Any deposit account, loan or other credit union product accessed through this Mobile Banking service is also subject to the Account Agreements and Disclosures provided at time of account opening. You should review the Account disclosures carefully, as they may include transaction limitations and fees which might apply to your use of Mobile Banking.

  • Online Banking Transactions At the present time, you may use Online Banking to: • Transfer funds between your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Make loan payments from your savings, checking and Club accounts. • Obtain account balance and transaction history on your savings, checking, and Club accounts. • Obtain information on your loan account balance, transaction history, payment due dates, loan payoff amounts and finance charges. • Review available copies of eStatements and tax information. • Make bill payments from your checking account using the Bill Pay service. Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Transactions involving your loan accounts will be subject to your applicable Loan Agreement and Disclosures.

Each party will comply with the terms of the Data Processing Agreement and will train its employees on DP Law.
