MLS Services. The broker is a member of the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS) and Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS), both of which are located in Georgia. As an licensee with this office, you will automatically gain access to the FMLS for free. If you would like to join the GAMLS, you will be billed an additional $22 a month to be paid directly to FVR. As an FMLS and/or GAMLS member, you are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the MLS. A copy of those rules and regulations are available for download from your MLS website. If you fail to comply with those rules and regulations, or fail to pay your GAMLS xxxx when due, you and/or the broker may be suspended from using that service. FMLS will always remain free. You will be responsible for payment of any and all fines levied against you and/or the broker resulting from your noncompliance. Furthermore, your non-compliance could result in your termination from this company.

MLS Services. The Sale Associate must join a Board of Realtors that The Broker currently belongs to within the service area of his/her marketplace. All Sale Associates are responsible for their board expenses including but not limited to MLS dues, membership and other related miscellaneous expenses.
MLS Services. The broker is a member of various Multiple Listing Services (MLS’s) across the country. As an licensee with this office, you are encouraged to join an MLS. The MLS provides "on line" computer access to a variety of services and information, including listings contained in the MLS. You are encouraged to use the on line service to obtain the most current MLS information available. The broker has computers with access to the MLS. As a MLS member, you are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the MLS. A copy of those rules and regulations are available for download from your Association of Realtors website. If you fail to comply with those rules and regulations, or fail to pay your MLS xxxx when due, you and/or the broker may be fined, suspended or expelled, and your listings may be removed from the MLS. You will be responsible for payment of any and all fines levied against you and/or the broker resulting from your noncompliance. Furthermore, your non-compliance could result in your termination from this company. Flat Fee MLS Services: Licensee can perform these types of services if so desired, but licensee will be required to be placed on the Unlimited Commission plan. This type of transaction will be treated just like any other and licensee will be required to follow all VRG transaction management policies.

  • SaaS Services 6.1 Our SaaS Services are audited at least yearly in accordance with the AICPA’s Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (“SSAE”) No. 18. We have attained, and will maintain, SOC 1 and SOC 2 compliance, or its equivalent, for so long as you are timely paying for SaaS Services. Upon execution of a mutually agreeable Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”), we will provide you with a summary of our compliance report(s) or its equivalent. Every year thereafter, for so long as the NDA is in effect and in which you make a written request, we will provide that same information.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.

  • Dialysis Services This plan covers dialysis services and supplies provided when you are inpatient, outpatient or in your home and under the supervision of a dialysis program. Dialysis supplies provided in your home are covered as durable medical equipment.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Program Services a) Personalized Care Practice agrees to provide to Program Member certain enhancements and amenities to professional medical services to be rendered by Personalized Care Practice to Program Member, as further described in Schedule 1 to these Terms. Upon prior written notice to Program Member, Personalized Care Practice may add or modify the Program Services set forth in Schedule 1, as reasonably necessary, and subject to such additional fees and/or terms and conditions as may be reasonably necessary.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
