Common use of MIXED FUNCTIONS Clause in Contracts

MIXED FUNCTIONS. An employee required to work for less than 2 hours per day on work carrying a higher rate of pay shall be paid the higher rate of pay for the actual time so worked and when required to work for more than 2 hours per day, the employee shall be paid for the whole day.

MIXED FUNCTIONS. (a) An employee required to work for less than 2 two hours per a day on work carrying a higher high rate of pay shall will be paid at the higher rate of pay for the actual time so worked and when required to work for more than 2 two hours per day, the employee shall a day on such work will be paid as for the whole day’s work.
