MIXED FUNCTIONS. An employee engaged for more than two hours during one day or shift on duties carrying a higher rate than his or her ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day or shift. If for two hours or less during one day or shift he or she shall be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.
MIXED FUNCTIONS. 4.1 An employee who is required to do work (not being the work of a Co-ordinator) carrying a higher rate than her/his ordinary classification, for more than 2 hours of any day or shift will be paid at the higher rate for the whole day or shift.
MIXED FUNCTIONS. 24.1 Any employee engaged in any one day or shift during ordinary working hours for more than two hours at work in a higher class than he/she is employed to perform shall be paid for the full day or shift at the highest rate payable for any such work under this Agreement; but if he/she is so engaged for two hours or less he/she shall only be paid at the rates fixed by this Agreement for the work actually performed.
MIXED FUNCTIONS. 18.1 Where a weekly employee is put to work temporarily at a classification higher than that under which the employee engaged or deemed to be working, he/she shall be paid as follows:
MIXED FUNCTIONS. An employee required to work for less than 2 hours per day on work carrying a higher rate of pay shall be paid the higher rate of pay for the actual time so worked and when required to work for more than 2 hours per day, the employee shall be paid for the whole day.
MIXED FUNCTIONS. (1) A worker engaged on duties carrying a higher rate than his ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for the time he is so engaged but if he is so engaged for more than two hours of one day or shift he shall be paid the higher rate for the whole day or shift.
MIXED FUNCTIONS. 5.5.1.1. An employee engaged for two (2) hours or more on any one (1) day on duties carrying a higher rate than their ordinary classification will be paid the higher rate for that day. If for less than two (2) hours on any one (1) day the higher rate for the time so worked is paid.
MIXED FUNCTIONS. 20.1 Subject to the employee’s written agreement, an employee may be employed to perform work in two positions with different classifications
MIXED FUNCTIONS. Where any person on any one day performs two or more classes of work at a higher classification such person, if employed for more than four hours at the higher classification, shall be paid in respect of the whole time during which the employee works on that day at the same rate, and if employed for four hours or less at the higher classification, the employee shall be paid at such classification rate for four hours.
MIXED FUNCTIONS. Where an employee is directed to work temporarily at a classification higher than that under which the employee is engaged (or deemed to be working), the employee shall be paid the rate prescribed for the higher classification for the time spent performing the higher duties. An employee shall not suffer any reduction in wages by reason of the employee having been put to work for a whole shift or part thereof at a classification lower than that under which the employee is engaged or deemed to be working.
