Common use of Mitigation Not Required Clause in Contracts

Mitigation Not Required. Employee shall not be required to mitigate the amount of any payment(s) provided for in this Agreement either by seeking employment or otherwise. Furthermore, the Company shall not be entitled to set off or reduce any payments owed to Employee under this Agreement by the amount of earnings or benefits received by Employee in any future employment.
