Misuse of the Services. BFRS may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any User who abuses or misuses the Services. Misuse includes creating multiple or false profiles, infringing any Intellectual Property rights, violating any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or any other behaviour that BFRS, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, BFRS has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of Users who, in BFRS’s sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers of any terms of use even after being warned by it. In addition, BFRS may also restrict, deactivate, suspend or terminate the account of any User upon the request/instructions of BFRS courier partner.
Misuse of the Services. 9.2.1. You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). You will indemnify, and keep us fully indemnified, against all costs, claims, demands, expenses, and liabilities arising out of, or in connection with, any claim that the Service (or its use) infringes any Laws.

Customer is prohibited from marketing and/or re-branding the Services purchased by it as its own product and services or to resell the Services to third parties, unless it has received prior written authorization from The Switch and it has the regulatory authority to do so in each applicable jurisdiction. Customer shall not use the Services nor allow the Services to be used to transmit, distribute or store contents or messages (including e-mail messages) which are illegal, potentially harmful (including but not limited to viruses, worms, password-cracking programs or Trojan horses); or fraudulent or misleading (including but not limited to false, deceptive, or misleading statements, claims, or representations), as determined by Supplier in Supplier’s sole reasonable discretion, or to transmit or distribute unsolicited e-mail messages where such e-mail messages could reasonably be expected to provoke complaints (SPAM). Supplier may, at Supplier’s option, suspend or terminate the Services in the event that Customer or end users do not comply with this Section 2.14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Supplier does not monitor and will have no liability or responsibility for the content of any communications transmitted via the Services.
Misuse of the Services. AMTdirect may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any User who abuses or misuses the Services. Misuse of the Services includes using the Services commercially without AMTdirect’s authorization, infringing any intellectual property rights, violating any of the Do’s and Don’ts listed in Section 10, or any other behavior that AMTdirect, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, AMTdirect has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of Users who, in AMTdirect’s sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers under the United States Copyright Act.
Misuse of the Services. Emiza may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any User who abuses or misuses the Services. Misuse includes creating multiple or false profiles, infringing any Intellectual Property rights, violating any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, or any other behaviour that Emiza, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, Emiza has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of Users who, in Emiza’s sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers of any terms of use even after being warned by it. In addition, Emiza may also restrict, deactivate, suspend or terminate the account of any User upon the request/instructions of Emiza’s courier partner.
Misuse of the Services. Xxxxx.Xx may restrict, suspend or terminate the account of any Customer who abuses or misuses the Services. Misuse of the Services includes adding people in the stream groups with whom you do not have any connection; abusing the Xxxxx.Xx messaging services; creating multiple or false profiles; using the Services commercially without Xxxxx.Xx’s authorization, infringing any intellectual property rights, violating any of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, or any other behavior that Xxxxx.Xx, in its sole discretion, deems contrary to its purpose. In addition, and without limiting the foregoing, Xxxxx.Xx has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users who, in Xxxxx.Xx’s sole discretion, are deemed to be repeat infringers of any Terms of Service even after being warned by Xxxxx.Xx.
Misuse of the Services. Customer shall be responsible for the Services usage and shall not use the Services nor allow the Services to be used for any unlawful or illegal purposes or to transmit, distribute or store contents or messages (including e-mail messages) which are inappropriate (including, but not limited to, obscene (including pornography), defamatory, libellous, threatening, abusive, hateful, or excessively violent), harmful (including, but not limited to, viruses, worms, password-cracking programs or Trojan horses), and/or fraudulent or misleading (including, but not limited to, false, deceptive, or misleading statements, claims, or representations), as reasonably determined by Cybernet in accordance with generally accepted standards of the Internet community, nor to transmit or distribute unsolicited e-mail messages where such e-mail messages could reasonably be expected to provoke complaints (spam). Further, Customers are prohibited from using the service of another provider to send spam to promote a site hosted on or connected to Cybernet’s Services/ Website. In addition, Customers shall not use the Services in order to: • send e-mail messages which are excessive and / or intended to harass or annoy others, • continue to send e-mail messages to a recipient that has indicated that he / she does not wish to receive them, • send e-mail with forged TCP / IP packet header information, • send malicious e-mail, including, without limitation, "mail bombing", • send or receive e-mail messages in a manner that violates the use policies of any other Internet service provider, or • use an e-mail box exclusively as a storage space for data.
Misuse of the Services. Nobody must use the Services: (a) to make abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, menacing, disruptive, nuisance or hoax Calls, emails or other communications or Calls, emails or other communications in breach of privacy or any other rights; (b) to send, knowingly receive, upload, display, download, use or re-use material which is abusive, defamatory, obscene, offensive, indecent or menacing or in breach of copyright, privacy or any other rights; (c) to send and receive data in such a way or in such amount so as to adversely affect the network (or any part of it) which underpins any Service or to adversely affect our other customers or customers of our suppliers; (d) for the carrying out of fraud, an unlawful activity or a criminal offence or in a way which does not comply with the terms of any legislation; (e) in a way that does not comply with any Instructions given by us to you under paragraph 11.1; (f) to obtain access, through whatever means, to restricted areas of the underlying network; or (g) in a way which (in our reasonable opinion) brings our name into disrepute, or which places us in breach of our legal or regulatory obligations, and you must make sure that this does not happen. The action we can take if this happens is explained in paragraph 15. If a claim is made against us because the Services are misused in these ways, you must indemnify us in respect of any sums we are obliged to pay and/or costs we incur.
