Misuse of Equipment Sample Clauses

Misuse of Equipment. Any tampering, misuse or negligence in handling or use of Equipment renders the warranty void. Further, the warranty is void if, at any time, Distributor attempts to make any internal changes to any of the components of the Equipment; if at any time the power supplied to any part of the Equipment exceeds the rated tolerance; if any external device attached by Distributor creates conditions exceeding the tolerance of the Equipment; or if any time the serial number plate is removed or defaced. OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT THAT RENDERS THIS WARRANTY VOID WILL BE DEFINED TO INCLUDE ALL OF THE POSSIBILITIES DESCRIBED IN THIS PARAGRAPH, TOGETHER WITH ANY PRACTICE WHICH RESULTS IN CONDITIONS EXCEEDING THE DESIGN TOLERANCE OF THE EQUIPMENT.

Misuse of Equipment. ISU reserves the right to immediately suspend Customer’s use of the Equipment if ISU observes the Customer using the Equipment in a manner that ISU believes is unsafe or may cause harm to persons, the Equipment, or other property.
Misuse of Equipment. Customer will not open, alter, misuse, or tamper with HTC Equipment. Customer will not remove HTC Equipment from the location where it was installed. Customer agrees to safeguard HTC Equipment from loss or damage of any kind, and will not permit anyone other than a HTC-authorized representative to perform any work on HTC Equipment.
Misuse of Equipment. Using Equipment in a manner inconsistent with the uses contemplated under the Agreement, including, without limitation, moving it to another location, disassembling the Equipment, removing the Equipment’s internal cards, modifying the Equipment’s internal software, cabling the Equipment to additional business locations, or attaching other equipment to any UPS (uninterruptable power supply) provided with the Equipment.
Misuse of Equipment. Misuse as determined by Hook’em Up or the Fishing Guide, of the Ice house or any supplies or equipment provided by Hook’em Up is prohibited and is grounds for canceling the fishing trip without refund.

Any misuse, alteration, tampering, or removal, or the use of Equipment which permits the receipt of Services without authorization or the receipt of Services to an unauthorized number of outlets, or to unauthorized locations constitutes theft of service and is prohibited.
Misuse of Equipment. In the event of misuse, abuse or neglect of the Equipment by Customer, Customer shall be in default of this Rental Agreement, and Savant may immediately terminate the rental and exercise its remedies under Section 17.

Misuse of Equipment. When any piece of Equipment is Interchanged without cargo for delivery, solely for loading and is returned without cargo, a charge of $100.00 for each calendar day, or fraction thereof will be charged. Section 5.1 notwithstanding, there shall be no Free Time Period of any kind in these circumstances.
