Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a missed pick-up, Contractor shall Collect the Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, or Organic Materials on the day the notice is received, if possible, and in all cases shall Collect the missed pick-up by 6:00 p.m. of the next Business Day following receipt of the missed pick-up notification.

Contractor 2298 shall separately Collect and segregate Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, 2299 and Organic Materials from each other and shall not Commingle these materials at 2300 any time during the transportation or delivery of those materials to the Designated 2301 Transfer and Processing Facility. Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and 2302 Organic Materials Collected in the Agency, which are combined with materials 2303 Collected from other SBWMA Member Agencies, shall be allocated by Contractor to 2304 the Agency’s Collection program based on volume or Tonnage using a method 2305 approved by the Agency and SBWMA. Contractor shall not Collect materials from 2306 within Agency in the same Collection vehicles used to provide Collection service to 2307 non-SBWMA Member Agencies, unless provided written approval by Agency. 2308 E. Setout Instructions to Customer. Contractor shall instruct Customers as to any 2309 preparation of Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, or Organic Materials and 2310 the proper placement of Containers. If Customers are not adhering to Contractor’s 2311 instructions, Contractor shall notify such Customers in writing. In cases of extreme 2312 or repeated failure to comply with the instructions, Contractor may decline to pick-up 2313 the Targeted Recyclable Materials or Organic Materials provided that Contractor 2314 leaves an adequate number of non-Collection notices on the Container, as 2315 determine...
Missed Pick-Ups. When notified of a missed pick-up, Contractor shall Collect the Refuse, Recyclable Materials, and/or Organic Materials, on the same day, if notified by 12:00 noon; otherwise if by 5:00 p.m., the following day, unless Contractor can provide documentation the Container was not placed for Collection in a timely manner. Evidence may include a report by the driver, provided at time of normal Collection, indicating no Container had been placed out for Collection. A summary of missed pickups shall be submitted to City monthly.

Missed Pick-Ups. In the case of a complaint of a missed Collection, 11 CONTRACTOR shall make the Collection on the date of the call if the 12 call is received by 10:00 a.m. and before noon the following Collection 13 day if the complaint is received after 10:00 a.m.
Missed Pick-Ups. In the case of a missed pick-up, Company shall collect the Solid Waste, Recycling and Greenwaste within one (1) working day (24 hours) of being notified. Company shall not charge a fee in cases of missed pick-ups except where the customer has failed to place Solid Waste, Recycling or Greenwaste out for collection on the collection day. The amount of the return trip charge is set forth in the Service Rates.
Missed Pick-Ups. C. Franchisee shall maintain records of Transfer, Diversion, and Disposal of all Recyclable Materials Collected in the City for the period of this Agreement and all extensions to this Agreement or successor Agreements. In the event Franchisee discontinues providing Recyclable Materials services to City, Franchisee shall provide all records of Diversion and Disposal of all Recyclable Materials Collected within the City to City within thirty (30) calendar days of discontinuing service. Records shall be in chronological order, and organized in a form readily and easily interpreted.
