Miscellaneous Amendments. Z26.1 This contract supersedes any previous agreement, arrangement or understanding between the Employer and the Contractor in relation to the matters dealt with in this contract and represents the entire understanding and agreement between the Employer and the Contractor in relation to such matters. The Employer and Contractor acknowledge and agree that each of them has not relied upon any prior representation by the other in entering into this contract. Z27 Manufacturers’ Guarantees (This Clause Z27 is not applicable to the PSC ) Z27.1 The Contractor provides manufacturers' guarantees in favour of the Employer for the items of the works, Plant and Materials described in the Works Information. Such guarantees will be in the form set out in the Works Information and delivers them to the Employer immediately prior to Completion.
