MIS Reporting. Service Level Description Measurement Availability and Performance Report Provide monthly SLA compliance reports, monitoring and maintenance related MIS reports by the 5th of the following month. This service level will be monitored on a monthly basis. If the monthly SLA compliance report related to the service level metrics is not provided in the given timeframe, it will be treated as one (1) instance. The total number of instances for the six-month period will be the cumulative number of instances across all the months in the six month period.   • Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
