Common use of Minutes and Reports Clause in Contracts

Minutes and Reports. The Project Leaders will document their decisions regarding each Research Plan in the meeting minutes. Promptly after each meeting, one Project Leader will provide the other with a draft version of the meeting minutes for review and comment.
