Minor Maintenance. It is agreed that Operating Department personnel will perform minor maintenance functions. Minor maintenance functions shall be similar in scope but not limited to the following examples:
Minor Maintenance. Employees covered by this agreement are to assist other employees of the Company engaged, under different awards and/or in other forms of work, with the performance of minor maintenance, as required. Certified trades persons will be used to cover repairs and maintenance requiring qualified trades persons’ skills.
Minor Maintenance. No driver shall be asked or required to service or maintain trucks or equipment. This shall not cover the driver's responsibility in checking the truck for fuel and all fluid levels to see that it is in proper operating condition, nor in driving the vehicle to the proper place of maintenance and parking. It will not be necessary for the employee to change flat tires when away from the plant but the driver may, however, be expected to make minor repairs, such as replacing bulbs, fuses, etc. either at the Plant or away from the Plant.
Minor Maintenance. For very minor items, but those that still need repair such as leaky faucets, fence repairs, garage door openers, ice makers, etc., expect a response from Management by the next business day for an estimate of time for completion which could extend up to thirty (30) days depending upon the nature of the problem and contractor schedules.
Minor Maintenance. This Agreement provides for minor web site pages for a period of six (6) months from the completion date, up to an average of one half hour per regular web page, including updating links and making minor text changes. This shall exclude changes to blocks of text, major page reconstruction, new pages, guestbooks, discussion webs, navigation structure changes, and attempted updates by Purchaser resulting in needed repairs.
Minor Maintenance. Any minor maintenance will be performed during the lowest traffic time available, usually between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Central Time on a weekend and require less than two hours of downtime. Digital River shall provide written notification to Symantec at least 24 hours in advance of such maintenance.

Minor Maintenance. If a school bus driver is assigned duties to clean and perform minor maintenance tasks on vehicles between bus driving runs or trips during the school year or occasional times during the summer, the driver will be paid at the rates defined below.
Minor Maintenance. Employees will undertake minor maintenance to ensure they keep equipment and machines, inclusive of leads & hand pieces in good order. Oxy & Acetylene equipment will be checked regularly for leaks and damage both prior to and after use. Electrical equipment inspections must be current and affixed with correct tags with any non-conformances reported to management.
Minor Maintenance. It is agreed that Shift Engineers perform minor maintenance (i.e., painting, housekeeping, minor P.M. work, etc.) during the course of their shift.
