Minor Irregularities. ‌ Although the Department defines certain items as requirements for responding to this RFP, the Department reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity, technicality, or omission if the Department determines, in its sole discretion, that it is in the best interest of the State to do so. There is no guarantee that the Department will waive a minor irregularity, omission, or deviation, or that any Vendor with a proposal containing a minor irregularity, deviation, or omission will be considered for award of this procurement. The Department may reject any proposal not submitted in the manner specified by this solicitation.
