Minor Guests. Residents requesting a minor guest(s) stay in University Housing may do so only with the prior consent of the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Please note: • Prior to arriving, all minor guests must have their parent/legal guardian complete the Minor Guest Application • Minor guests must be in the company of their Cal Poly resident host at all times • Minor guests under the age of 15 years old must be accompanied at all times by a parent/legal guardian while in University Housing. Cal Poly, University Housing, assumes no supervisory responsibilities for any minor during the visitation period.

Minor Guests. When a guest is a minor under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must be present or provide the Student host with written permission, including instructions/authorization for the Student host to obtain any needed emergency medical care for the minor.
Minor Guests. Minors under eight (8) years old are not permitted on the Studio premises. Unless they are a Client, minors eight (8) years old or above are prohibited from being in the training area and are required to remain in the waiting area. Studio does not provide supervision for any such minors. Supervision of any such minor is the sole responsibility of the Client. Studio may require the responsible Client or guardian to remove any disruptive mi- nors from the Studio premises and forfeit balance of their training session.

  • Guests There shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Tenant and any Occupant(s). Guests of the Tenant are allowed for periods not lasting for more than 48 hours unless otherwise approved by the Landlord in writing.

  • Operators Any and all Operators of the Equipment shall be duly experienced, trained and qualified to operate Equipment of this type. Although We may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified Operators with whom We are familiar, We do not supply Operators.   • Visitors Resident will be responsible in all matters regarding this Agreement for the conduct of anyone Resident invites or permits to enter the Residence Facility or its grounds. Any violation of the provisions of this Agreement by such a person will be attributed to Resident and will be grounds for cancellation of this Agreement by College on behalf of Provider, as well as grounds for discipline of Resident by College through its disciplinary process.
