Minor Changes. The Forest Officer may require minor changes in location, design or specifications of road construction, improvement or maintenance requirements. Such changes must be within the scope of Attachment B requirements, and must not result in a significant (one thousand dollars [$1,000.00] or greater) increase or decrease in cost as agreed to by the Forest Officer and the Purchaser.
