Common use of Minor Changes Clause in Contracts

Minor Changes. Vendor shall have authority to make minor changes to the Scope of Work, provided that such changes that do not result in additional compensation or changes in Work Schedule and are consistent with the intent of the Contract Documents and in compliance with all Legal Requirements, without prior notice to Owner. Vendor shall either promptly inform Owner, in writing, of any minor changes made or make available to Owner at the Site a set of documentation that will be kept current to show those minor changes. * Confidential Treatment Requested
