MINOR CHANGES IN THE WORK. 9.3.1 The Design-Builder may make minor changes in the design and construction of the Project consistent with the intent of the Contract Documents which do not involve an adjustment in the GMP, estimated Cost of the Work, the Design-Builder's Fee, the Date of Substantial Construction Completion and/or the Date of Final Construction Completion, and do not materially and adversely affect the design of the Project, the quality of any of the materials or equipment specified in the Contract Documents, the performance of any materials, equipment or systems specified in the Contract Documents, or the quality of workmanship required by the Contract Documents.
