Minimum Training. The Company and the Union agree to establish a joint Company/Union Working Group to review and to mutually agree to Operator Training Guidelines for initial operator certification for field and console operators.

Minimum Training. Prior to rendering their services to the Franchised Restaurant, both the general manager and technician described in Section 7.1 and any replacements or successors thereto shall attend and complete, to Franchisor's satisfaction, initial training conducted by Franchisor. As part of this initial training, Franchisor shall provide Franchisee with a copy of the Operational Policies, which must be returned to Franchisor upon termination of this Agreement.

In the event an examiner attends and successfully completes the advanced training prior to completing 200 polygraph examinations, the examiner shall participate in an internship program consisting of at least 10 PCSOT examinations, under the supervision of a recognized PCSOT examiner, and upon successful completion of that testing will receive an APA certificate reflecting satisfactory completion of training requirements.
Minimum Training. Franchisee shall at all times employ at least one general manager for the Franchised Restaurant and one technician for the maintenance of the Animated Entertainment.   • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Minimum Orders Client may order Manufacturing Services for batches of Products only in multiples of the Minimum Order Quantities as set out in Schedule B to a Product Agreement.

  • Minimum Sales 4.1 The minimum volume of sales of the Products that CSR commits to use its best efforts to achieve in the Territory on an annual basis in the first Agreement Year is 60,000 gallons (avg. 5,000 gallons per month). RCAI will review the annual volumes of sales of the Products prior to the beginning of any successive term during which this Agreement may continue and RCAI may change and adjust such minimums as it, in its sole judgment, sees fit.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:

  • Training and Education SECTION 1 – Law Enforcement Supervisors’ Training The state and the PBA recognize the importance of supervisor training programs to develop management skills in our law enforcement supervisors. The state will make a reasonable effort to continue existing training programs in law enforcement techniques and to develop new programs in performance review techniques, supervisory skills, and managerial techniques.

  • Minimum Benefits If the Termination Date occurs during the Employment Period for any reason, Executive shall be entitled to the Minimum Benefits, in addition to any other benefits to which Executive may be entitled under the following provisions of this Section 4 or the express terms of any employee benefit plan or as required by law. Any benefits to be provided to Executive pursuant to this Section 4(a) shall be provided within 30 days after the Termination Date; provided, however, that any benefits, incentives or awards payable as described in Section 4(f) shall be provided in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan, program or arrangement. Except as may expressly be provided to the contrary in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring Executive to be treated as employed by the Company or any Affiliate following the Termination Date for purposes of any plan, program, or arrangement.
