Minimum Subscription Period. Service Provider reserves the right to impose a minimum subscription period for the Service from date of activation. Should Subscriber fail to complete the minimum subscription period, or choose to terminate or cancel the subscription prior to the end of the minimum subscription period, Service Provider may charge Subscriber a pre-termination fee imposed by way of penalty in addition to forfeiture of any Service Deposits made. Unless otherwise specified by Service Provider in a separate agreement, Subscriber shall pay a pre-termination fee in the amount of the full monthly service fee multiplied by the number of months remaining on the minimum subscription period (“Unexpired Period”). In determining the Unexpired Period, a fraction of a month shall be considered one month.
Minimum Subscription Period. The minimum subscription period for our Plans will commence on the date of service activation and shall be a period of six (6) months or twelve (12) months or twenty four (24) months, as stipulated in the application form. Early termination of the Agreement and/or service shall result in the customer being charged a penalty as prescribed for each Plan as mentioned above and shall be reflected in the customer’s next and final bill. Notwithstanding the above, customers may terminate this Agreement within thirty (30) days from the date of activation with no penalty, by writing to us or calling redONE’s Customer Service or visiting our service centres, and upon settlement of any outstanding usage charges incurred since service activation.
Minimum Subscription Period. 3.1 The Customer shall subscribe to the Services for a period of not less than the Minimum Subscription Period effective from the Activation Date. In the event of any promotion held by REDTONE for the Services, such other Minimum Subscription Period may be applicable to the relevant promotions as may be prescribed by REDTONE from time to time.

  • Subscription Service PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation.
