Provider in its reasonable opinion and supported by manufacturer information, may designate certain equipment or software as obsolete, defective or end of life (EOL) and therefore exclude it from coverage and performance metrics under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, specific operating system builds/versions that are end of life and no longer supported by the manufacturer as shown below:

Healthcare Clients • MS Active Directory, or other identity-management system PCI-DSS (credit card) • Segregated payment network • Segregated wireless network from payment network • MS Active Directory, or other identity-management system All costs required to bring Client’s environment up to these minimum standards are not included in this Service Attachment. If Client’s environment fails to satisfy the above requirements at any time during the Service term, Provider may suspend further delivery of the Services and/or terminate this Service Attachment upon five (5) business days’ advance, written notice.

All Desktop PC’s and Notebooks/Laptops with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems must be running Windows 7 professional or later, and have all of the latest Microsoft Service Packs and Critical Updates installed. All Server and Desktop Software must be Genuine, Licensed and Vendor-Supported. The environment must have a currently licensed, up-to-date and Vendor-Supported Server-based Antivirus Solution protecting all Servers, Desktops, Notebooks/Laptops, and Email. The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported Server-based Backup Solution that can be monitored, and send notifications on job failures and successes. The environment must have a currently licensed, Vendor-Supported Hardware Firewall between the Internal Network and the Internet. All Wireless data traffic in the environment must be securely encrypted. There must be an outside static IP address assigned to a network device, allowing VPN access. All workstation and network equipment must be newer than three (3) years old and no older than three (3) years. Servers must be newer than five (5) years old and no older than five (5) years old. All equipment must be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty.
