Minimum Staffing. The assignment of patient care duties, including the delegation or direction of duties by members of the bargaining unit to other health care providers, shall be in accordance with the Regulated Health Professions Act and related statutes and regulations and in accordance with the guidelines established by the College of Nurses of Ontario from time to time and any Employer policy related thereto shall meet those requirements.
