Minimum Shipments. From the Commencement Date through December 31, ----------------- 1995, Licensee shall timely and accurately ship at least seventy-five percent (75%), and October 27, 1994
Minimum Shipments. Xxxxxxxxxx shall offer Broker 2 a minimum of three (3) shipments per year for each year this Agreement remains in effect. Broker 2 agrees to arrange for the transportation of those and any other shipments tendered to it by Xxxxxxxxxx under this Agreement.
Minimum Shipments. Broker A is not required to tender a minimum volume of shipments to Broker B, and is not restricted against tendering its freight to other brokers or directly to carriers; Broker B is not restricted against arranging for transportation for other brokers.
Minimum Shipments. BROKER A and BROKER B are not obligated to a minimum number of shipments per week, month or year.
Minimum Shipments. BROKER A shall use commercially reasonable efforts to offer at least one (1) shipment per year to BROKER B. Each Party warrants and represents that co-brokering freight hereunder shall not on any occasion violate any duty or obligation to a shipper-customer, or any prohibition against co-brokerage, subcontracting, or interlining.

CONFIDENTIALITY: The Parties agree that they shall not use or disclose any of the contents of this Agreement including but not limited to, all sales and marketing information received from each other or from shipper customers or carriers providing transportation services to them, financial information received, brokerage fees charged and received, non-brokerage fees charged and received, amounts charged to and paid by shippers, consignees or other responsible for payment, amounts of freight charges billed and received, and motor carrier rates, given or exchanged with any person or entity except as necessary to conducts the business contemplated hereunder.
