Common use of Minimum Salary Clause in Contracts

Minimum Salary. 14.1 The minimum salary per annum payable to a full-time teacher will be determined in accordance with the provisions of Clause 13 - Classifications and as set out in Table 1A - Salaries of Schedule A – Monetary Rates.

Minimum Salary. 14.1 (a) The minimum annual rate of salary per annum payable to a full-time teacher will be determined in accordance with the provisions of Clause clause 13 - Classifications Duties and Classifications, subject to subclauses 13.5(b) and (c) and shall be as set out in Table 1A - Salaries of Schedule A – - Monetary Rates. The weekly rate of pay for a teacher will be determined by dividing the annual rate by 52.14 and the fortnightly rate by dividing the annual rate by 26.07.
