Minimum Required Coverages. If Buyer will enter Seller’s property in connection with the Agreement, Buyer shall, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense, and without limiting its obligations or liabilities under the Agreement, obtain and maintain, at a minimum, during the period that Buyer will be on Seller’s property, or longer, as may be indicated below, the insurance coverages, terms, riders and amendments as set forth in this Exhibit B. Without limiting the foregoing, Buyer shall provide insurance covering Buyer’s contractual obligations under the Agreement (including, without limitation, Buyer’s indemnification obligations in the Agreement) and, if applicable, professional liability coverage. If applicable, Buyer shall provide annually renewing minimum policy limits of the greater of the limits and terms carried by Buyer under its insurance program or the limits and terms required by Buyer under this Exhibit (and in the event of a conflict between the following and other terms of the Agreement, the following requirements shall control):
Minimum Required Coverages. 11.1.5.1 Worker's Compensation Insurance shall be provided as required by applicable State law for all employees engaged at the site of the Project under this Contract, including Subcontractor employees. In case any class of employee engaged in work on the Project under this Contract is not protected under the Worker's Compensation Statute, the Contractor shall provide, and cause each Subcontractor to provide Employer's Liability Insurance in an amount not less than five hundred thousand ($500,000). Failure to comply with the conditions of this Subparagraph 11.1.5.1 will subject this Contract to termination.

  • Required Coverages Without in any way limiting Contractor’s liability pursuant to the “Indemnification” section of this Agreement, Contractor must maintain in force, during the full term of the Agreement, insurance in the following amounts and coverages:

  • Required Coverage Commercial General Liability - The Vendor/Contractor shall maintain coverage issued on the most recent version of the ISO form as filed for use in Florida or its equivalent, with a limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence. Vendor/Contractor further agrees coverage shall not contain any endorsement(s) excluding or limiting Product/Completed Operations, Contractual Liability, or Separation of Insureds. The General Aggregate limit shall either apply separately to this contract or shall be at least twice the required occurrence limit. Required Endorsements: Additional Insured- CG 20 26 or CG 20 10/CG 20 37 or their equivalents. Note: CG 20 10 must be accompanied by CG 20 37 to include products/completed operations Waiver of Transfer of Rights of Recovery- CG 24 04 or its equivalent. Note: If blanket endorsements are being submitted please include the entire endorsement and the applicable policy number. Business Automobile Liability - The Vendor/Contractor shall maintain coverage for all owned; non-owned and hired vehicles issued on the most recent version of the ISO form as filed for use in Florida or its equivalent, with limits of not less than $500,000 (five hundred thousand dollars) per accident. In the event the Vendor/Contractor does not own automobiles the Vendor/Contractor shall maintain coverage for hired and non-owned auto liability, which may be satisfied by way of endorsement to the Commercial General Liability policy or separate Business Auto Liability policy.

  • Review of insurance requirements The Security Trustee shall be entitled to review the requirements of this Clause 13 from time to time in order to take account of any changes in circumstances after the date of this Agreement which are, in the opinion of the Security Trustee, significant and capable of affecting the Borrowers, the Ships and their Insurances (including, without limitation, changes in the availability or the cost of insurance coverage or the risks to which each Borrower may be subject), and may appoint insurance consultants in relation to this review at the cost of the relevant Borrower.

  • Insurance Requirements Vendor agrees to maintain the following minimum insurance requirements for the duration of this Agreement. All policies held by Vendor to adhere to this term shall be written by a carrier with a financial size category of VII and at least a rating of “A‐” by A.M. Best Key Rating Guide. The coverages and limits are to be considered minimum requirements and in no way limit the liability of the Vendor(s). Any immunity available to TIPS or TIPS Members shall not be used as a defense by the contractor's insurance policy. Only deductibles applicable to property damage are acceptable, unless proof of retention funds to cover said deductibles is provided. "Claims made" policies will not be accepted.   • Continuing Coverage If a letter of assurance is obtained from any insurer under a Hazard Insurance policy or a Flood Insurance policy that the insurance coverage shall continue in full force and effect, the Servicer shall deposit such letter in the appropriate Servicer Mortgage Loan File.
