Minimum Quality Standards. At all times throughout the term of this Agreement, the quality of Effluent delivered by Phoenix to the Delivery Points shall (i) be of equal or better quality as the Effluent discharged from the 91st Avenue WWTP to the Tres Xxxx constructed wetlands project; and (ii) meet or exceed the 91st Avenue WWTP’s applicable federal and state discharge permit limits, including any amendments or replacements thereof as may be made from time to time.

Minimum Quality Standards. All cattle delivered by the Producer to the Cooperative shall meet the minimum quality standards of the industry for cattle to be processed. Cattle of substandard quality, as determined by the Cooperative, shall be either: (1) rejected and returned to the Producer with all costs relating to the rejection and return charged to the Producer; or (2) accepted and handled or disposed in a manner customary in the industry with any necessary costs charged to the Producer. If, in the sole opinion of the Cooperative, the Producer continually fails to deliver cattle that meet minimum quality standards, the Cooperative may terminate this Agreement and the Producer's membership in the Cooperative.

If the Producer intentionally delivers cattle that fail to meet minimum quality standards (due to disease or otherwise), repeatedly delivers cattle that fail to meet minimum quality standards (due to disease or otherwise), or intentionally delivers cattle from a source, feedyard, or supply that jeopardizes the quality of the meat from the cattle as determined by USPB, it is a breach of this Agreement and USPB may terminate this Agreement and the Producer's membership in USPB.
Minimum Quality Standards. The Company and the Buyer have agreed to adopt various procedures and processes of the Buyer. Minimum Quality Standards. Any Licensed System containing the Revised Object that has undergone testing in accordance with the requirements set forth herein is certifiable provided that the following certification criteria are satisfied. All nonconformities disclosed by the test are evaluated for their "Severity" level (as that term is defined below). A nonconformity is a defect or failure in the Revised Object or other component comprising a Licensed System that prevents the Licensed System from operating in accordance with the PostScript Language Specification. Such nonconformities shall include but are not limited to a defect that prevents the printing of documents, produces inferior output or prevents the output device driven by the Revised Object from performing valid PostScript functions. In order to be certifiable, the Revised Object undergoing testing must have a cumulative "bug" score of not in excess of 32 points for all nonconformities disclosed by the test and there must be no unresolved Severity 3 or Severity 4 bugs. The "bug" score is equal to the sum of the squares of the numerical values assigned to the nonconformities based on the Severity of each such nonconformity. The following "Severity" level definitions shall be used as the basis for assigning the appropriate numerical value to any nonconformity disclosed by the test. SEVERITY LEVEL: SEVERITY 4: Most severe; no work-around. The product crashes, hangs, or reboots. Very severe imaging problems. Missing specified functionality or inability to image certain PostScript features.
