Minimum Period. An employee will not be paid a higher duties allowance for higher duties performed unless the period is more than one day nor do shorter periods count as service at the higher classification.
Minimum Period. (a) The Minimum Period for each vDC Link (Private) Service with Point-to-Point Ethernet connectivity ordered under this Service Schedule (each an Individual Service) is 12 months commencing from the Service Start Date or such greater period as specified in Your Service Order Form.

Minimum Period. 11.1 The minimum period of long service leave that may be taken at any one time is one (1) calendar week (exclusive of public holidays) except in the following situations: • where an employee is recalled from long service leave; or • where an employee becomes ill and is granted sick leave instead of the long service leave already approved; or • where the employer gives an employee at least 3 months written notice for the employee to take long service leave in the event the employer and employee are unable to agree on the timing of the leave; or • where the chief executive determines that an employee may take long service leave for a period of less than one (1) week (but not less than one (1) day).

An employee who performs higher duties at a classification above their normal classification for a period of less than one week will not be paid an allowance, unless the CEO considers special circumstances exist which justify payment of the allowance during that period. Where an employee is required to perform at a higher classification for a period in excess of one week, higher duties allowance will be payable for the entire period. In the situation where an employee with formal specialist qualifications is required by Carers ACT to exercise those qualifications in accordance with legislation or good practice principles, then the employee will be entitled to payment of higher duties at the relevant level with no minimum period.
Minimum Period. Any provision of telephone numbers hereunder shall be -------------- effective for, and Reseller shall be obligated to pay the charges for such numbers for, a minimum service period of one (1) month.
