Common use of Minimum Levels Clause in Contracts

Minimum Levels. Customer will keep in force and effect during the terms of this Agreement (I) comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount not less than $5 million per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage; (ii) employer's liability insurance in an amount not less than $I million per occurrence; and (iii) workers compensation insurance in any amount not less than that required by applicable law. Customer also agrees that it and its agents (including contractors and subcontractors) will maintain other insurance at levels no less than those required by applicable law and customary in Customer's and its agents' industries.

Customer will keep in full force and effect during the terms term of this Agreement Agreement: (Ii) comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount not less than $5 2 million per occurrence for bodily injury and property damage; (ii) employer's liability insurance in an amount not less than $I 1 million per occurrence; and (iii) workers workers' compensation insurance in any an amount not less than that required by applicable law. Customer also agrees that it will, and will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that its agents (including contractors and subcontractors) will maintain maintain, other insurance at levels no less than those required by applicable law and customary in Customer's and its agents' industries.
