Minimum Guarantee and Maximum Ceiling. The minimum guarantee is $2,500 for each OASIS Contractor that does not obtain a task order award for the term of OASIS, including Option I, if exercised. The minimum dollar limitation for an individual task order must exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold as defined in FAR Subpart 2.101, as amended. There is no maximum dollar ceiling for each individual task order placed under XXXXX. An unlimited number of task orders may be placed under XXXXX for the term of OASIS, including Option I, if exercised. There is no maximum dollar ceiling for OASIS, including Option I, if exercised.

The maximum dollar amount for each individual task order placed under an HCaTS contract is $3.45 billion for Pool 1. An unlimited number of task orders may be placed under an HCaTS contract throughout the ordering period, including options, if exercised. The maximum dollar amount for HCaTS, including all options, if exercised, is $3.45 billion for Pool 1.
Minimum Guarantee and Maximum Ceiling a) The minimum guarantee is $1,000.00 for each Contractor that does not obtain a task order award for the term of this MA-IDIQ.
