Minimum Funding Amount; Maximum Number of Borrowing Requests. Growth Capital Loans requested by Borrower to be made on a single Business Day shall be for a minimum aggregate, original principal amount of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000); provided, however, that the initial Growth Capital Loan shall be funded on the Closing Date in a minimum original principal amount of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000). Borrower shall not submit a Borrowing Request more frequently than once per calendar month.

Minimum Funding Amount; Maximum Number of Borrowing Requests. Except to the extent the remaining Commitment No. 2 is a lesser amount or as otherwise provided herein, each Loan requested by Borrower to be made on a single Business Day shall be for a minimum aggregate principal amount of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00).   • Minimum Amount of Each Borrowing; Maximum Number of Borrowings The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing of Loans shall be in a multiple of $100,000 and shall not be less than the Minimum Borrowing Amount. More than one Borrowing may occur on any date; provided that at no time shall there be outstanding more than four (4) Borrowings of LIBOR Loans under this Agreement.
