Common use of Minimum Call-Back Time Clause in Contracts

Minimum Call-Back Time. When an employee is called back to work after leaving the residence, or upon completion of his/her shift, such employee shall be paid at time and one-half (1½) his/her regular rate of pay for actual hours worked with a minimum of four (4) hours of such pay.
