Common use of Minimum Benefit Clause in Contracts

Minimum Benefit. Each Non-Key Employee shall receive the minimum benefit required by Section 416(c) of the Code in each Plan Year in which the Plan is a Top-Heavy Plan under the Retirement Plan for Employees of Aetna Services, Inc.

Minimum Benefit. Each Non-Key Employee shall receive the minimum benefit required by Section 416(c) of the Code in each Plan Year in which the Plan is a Top-Heavy Plan under the Retirement Plan for Employees of Aetna Services, Inc.; provided, however, that if any Non-Key Employee is not covered by the Retirement Plan for Employees of Aetna Services, Inc., such Non-Key Employee shall receive the minimum contribution required by Section 416(c) of the Code under this Plan.
