Minimum Annual Fee Sample Clauses
The Minimum Annual Fee clause establishes a baseline amount that a party, typically a licensee or service user, must pay each year regardless of actual usage or sales. In practice, this means that even if the licensee's sales or use of the licensed product or service fall below expectations, they are still obligated to pay at least the specified minimum fee annually. This clause ensures the licensor or service provider receives a guaranteed level of income, thereby reducing financial risk and providing predictability in revenue.
