Common use of Minimum and Maximum Clause in Contracts

Minimum and Maximum. Each Purchaser must purchase Securities for a minimum subscription amount of at least $100,000. Provided, however, that if necessary to meet Company’s existing obligations under rights of participation, the minimum subscription amount per party may be reduced pro rata to the extent necessary to enable all persons with such rights that desire to participate to so participate. The aggregate subscription amount for all securities to all Purchasers may not exceed $4,000,000.
