Minimum and Maximum Hours. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as guaranteeing an employee minimum or maximum hours of work.
Minimum and Maximum Hours. Co-curricular drivers will be scheduled for a minimum of five and one half (5 1/2) hours per day.
Minimum and Maximum Hours a. A part-time employee may initiate a request in writing to work fewer hours then the minimum defined for their band in subclause (c) (iii) of this clause. If an employee requests and the employer approves the working of fewer hours than the minimum defined for the employee’s band, then the obligation to guarantee the midpoint is voided.
