Common use of Minimum Amount Clause in Contracts

Minimum Amount. Each prepayment of a Eurodollar Loan by Borrower shall be in the aggregate principal amount of not less than Five Million Dollars ($5,000,000), except in the case of a mandatory prepayment in connection with Section 2.11 or Article III hereof.
