Millwork. a. Kitchen—cabinets (uppers and lowers) as shown on Exhibit A. Cabinets to have plastic laminate finish, specific layout to be mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant. Cabinet and countertop laminate to be mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant based on Landlord’s building standards.
