Common use of Military Clause in Contracts

Military. Military leave without pay shall be granted to any employee who is inducted or enlists in any branch of the armed forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months for any wound or sickness at time of discharge.

Military. Military leave without pay shall be granted to any tenured employee who is inducted or enlists in any branch of the armed forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months for thereafter, or three (3) months after recovery of any wound or sickness at time of discharge.

A similar leave shall be granted to the employee whose spouse is so inducted or who enlists.

Military leave without pay shall be granted to any employee who is inducted or enlists in drafted into any branch of the armed forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months for thereafter, or three (3) months after recovery of any wound or sickness at time of discharge. A similar leave shall be granted to the spouse of any employee who is so drafted in order to join him/her for the period of special training in preparation for duty overseas in combat zones.

Military leave without pay pay, consistent with the Family Leave Act shall be granted to any employee who is inducted or enlists in any branch of the armed forces Armed Forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months for thereafter, or three (3) months after recovery of any wound or sickness at time of discharge. A similar leave shall be granted to the spouse of any inductee or enlistee to join him/her for the period of special training in preparation for duty overseas in combat zones.

Military leave without pay shall be granted to any employee who is inducted or enlists in any branch of the armed forces of the United States for the period of said service and three (3) months for thereafter, or three (3) months after recovery of any wound or sickness at time of discharge. A similar leave shall be granted to the spouse of any employee who is so inducted or enlists.
