MILITARY TRANSFER. If Tenant(s) is or becomes a member of the Armed Forces on extended active duty, a member of the State National Guard serving on full-time duty, or a civil service technician with a National Guard unit, and receives change-of-duty orders to depart from the local area for longer than 90 days, or is relieved from such duty, Tenant(s) may terminate this Lease by giving 30 days prior written notice to Landlord, provided Tenant(s) is not otherwise in default. As a condition to such termination, Tenant(s) will furnish Landlord with a certified copy of the official orders which warrant termination of this Lease. Military orders authorizing base housing in the local area in which the Premises is located do not constitute change-of-duty under this paragraph.

MILITARY TRANSFER. In the event Resident is or becomes a member of the Armed Forces on extended active duty and receives a change of station orders to permanently depart the local area or is relieved from such active duty, then Resident may terminate this agreement by giving (30) days written notice provided Resident is not otherwise in default. In such event, Resident agrees to furnish Owner with a certified copy of their official orders which warrant termination of this agreement. Military permission for base housing does not constitute a permanent change of station order.
MILITARY TRANSFER. In event Tenant(s) is/are in the Military Service and Tenant(s) furnishes Landlord evidence of Military Transfer, then Landlord shall return the Security Deposit, in its entirety, to Tenant(s), with the exception of any damage claims to Security Deposit, which may apply.
MILITARY TRANSFER. If Resident is, at any time during this Contract, on active duty in the United States Armed Forces, this Contract may be terminated upon the happening of the following events: (a) Resident has received official orders (i) permanently transferring him/her to a duty station, or (ii) retiring or relieving him/her from active duty; and (b) Resident shall deliver written notice of his/her intention to terminate this Contract and vacate the Premises at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of termination. Such written notice must contain a copy of Resident's official orders. There shall be no penalty for termination except that a full month's rent shall be due for the month in which this Contract effectively terminates, even if such effective date occurs other than the last day of the month. Voluntary entry or military orders authorizing base housing do not constitute change of duty orders herein.
MILITARY TRANSFER. Manager will accept Tenant’s written notice of a military transfer subject to FS 83.682. If this is a multiple-tenant lease, all tenants agree that if a tenant receives an order to transfer as qualified in FS 83.682, only the tenant receiving said order may be released from this lease as described in FS 83.682. All remaining tenants are bound to the lease. Tenant(s) agree that “miles” means “radius miles,” as this is not defined by FS 83.682.
MILITARY TRANSFER. This Lease follows the SCRA guidelines. In the event that the Tenant is transferred by military orders to a permanent station more than sixty (60) miles from the Property, then Tenant shall be relieved of the remainder of the lease term based on the date of transfer. A copy of such orders must be furnished to Landlord prior to the move-out date.

MILITARY TRANSFER. Owner/Manager will honor Tenant’s written notice of a military transfer if Tenant complies with FS 83.682. If this is a multiple- tenant lease, all tenants agree that if a tenant receives an order to transfer as qualified in FS 83.682, only the tenant receiving said order may be released from this lease as described in said statute—all other tenants shall remain bound to this lease. SIGN “FOR RENT”/“FOR SALE”. No sooner than 60 days prior to the termination of the lease, Owner/Manager may place a “For Rent” or “For Sale” sign in a conspicuous place on the premises. Tenant shall not interfere with, destroy or damage said sign.
