Common use of Military Training Leave Clause in Contracts

Military Training Leave. A teacher belonging to a Guard or Reserve unit will be allowed to take up to 15 calendar days per year of time off from his/her regular duties for military training. A leave not to exceed fifteen (15) calendar days per year shall be without any loss of pay provided that the teacher on such military leave shall turn over to the District payment received for such services, and no deduction shall be made from the teacher's salary because of being on military leave up to 15 calendar days.
