MILITARY RESERVE SERVICE. Upon presentation of official orders, military leave will be granted, with half pay, to regular full-time employees who are members of the Armed Forces Reserve to attend annual training periods during their school duty time.

MILITARY RESERVE SERVICE. 1. Throughout any reserve service, in accordance with the provisions of applicable law, the Executive shall be entitled to full remuneration in respect of all payments and rights awarded by this Agreement.
MILITARY RESERVE SERVICE. During any reserve service period, the Company shall continue to pay the Employee his Salary, provided that the Employee submits to the Company proper written documentation substantiating such service, in order for the Company to receive the reserve duty payments from the National Insurance Institute.

  • Principal Funding Account; Controlled Accumulation Period (a)(i) The Servicer, for the benefit of the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders, shall establish and maintain in the name of the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, an Eligible Deposit Account (the "Principal Funding Account"), bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders.   • Distributions on Account of Separation from Service If and to the extent required to comply with Section 409A, no payment or benefit required to be paid under this Agreement on account of termination of the Executive’s employment shall be made unless and until the Executive incurs a “separation from service” within the meaning of Section 409A.
