MILITARY PERSONNEL CLAUSE. If you are a member of the Armed Forces of the United States, you may terminate this Agreement with a 30 day written notice provided that you are current with the rent and all utilities, have provided us with a true and correct copy of the permanent change of station orders signed by appropriate authority, and are not in default of any provision of this Agreement, rules or regulations.
