Military Leave Governed by Chapter 5903 and Section 124. 29 of the Ohio Revised Code. In general, any county employee (other than elected officials and appointed officials serving fixed terms) with more than ninety (90) days tenure who voluntarily enters any of the Armed Services of the United States shall be granted a military leave of absence without pay. If not accepted for active duty, the employee shall be reinstated to his or her former position without loss of seniority or status or reduction in pay.

  • Civil Rights – General – 49 USC § 47123 The Company agrees to observe and comply with those requirements of the FAA set forth in Exhibit D, Federal Aviation Administration Required Provisions, as such requirements may be amended or interpreted by the FAA or the United States Department of Transportation from time to time.
