Military Experience Sample Clauses

Military Experience. If honorably discharged, including a general discharge under honorable conditions, credit for pay purposes shall be granted for up to four years of active military duty in the armed forces of the United States of America. This credit will be granted upon receipt of the employee’s DD 214 by Employment Services.

Military Experience. For purposes of placement on the salary schedule, military experience shall be translated into teaching experiences as follows:
Military Experience. For military experience that interrupted actual teaching, the District will recognize for experience credit a maximum of five (5) years, or as required by the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act and Washington State law.
