Milestone Fees. If Licensee exercises the Commercial Option granted to Licensee under Section 2.3 with respect to any Disease Indication, in consideration of the rights and licenses granted to Licensee under this Agreement, Licensee shall pay Licensor the following milestone payments on a per-Disease Indication basis for the first Licensed Product for such Disease Indication to achieve such milestone event:
