Mileage Allowance. (a) An employee who uses her own motor vehicle to conduct business on behalf of and at the request of the Employer shall receive an allowance of 34¢ per kilometre (effective October 1, 2001: 36¢ and effective October 1, 2002: 38¢). Minimum daily allowance where a claim is to be submitted shall be two dollars ($2.00).
