Common use of Midnight Shift Clause in Contracts

Midnight Shift. ‌ The hours of work for those employees engaged in a shift, the major portion of which falls between 24:00 and 08:00 hours (12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m.), shall be any 8 consecutive hours, including adequate time off for lunch, for 5 days per week.
