MFIPPA. MFIPPA means the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
MFIPPA. The Province acknowledges that the Recipient is bound by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) and that any information provided to the Recipient in connection with the Project or otherwise in connection with the Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with that Act.
MFIPPA. MHO and MOF acknowledge that the Service Manager is bound by MFIPPA and that any information provided to the Service Manager in connection with the Program or otherwise in connection with the Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with that Act.
MFIPPA. The Recipient acknowledges that the City is bound by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) and that any information provided to the City in connection with the Services or otherwise in connection with the Agreement is subject to disclosure in accordance with that Act.
MFIPPA a) The Parties acknowledge that any information collected by them or exchanged with each other and/or the Province pursuant to this Agreement subject to the provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario).
MFIPPA. The Province acknowledges that the UTM/DDA is bound by the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (Ontario) (MFIPPA) and that any information provided to the UTM/DDA in connection with the Agreement may be subject to disclosure in accordance with MFIPPA.

MFIPPA. The Parties hereby expressly acknowledge that the Landlord is subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.M.56, as amended (“MFIPPA”) with respect to, and protection of, information under its custody and control. Personal Information is collected pursuant to section 2, 4, 8, 9, 10, and 270 of the Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, 0000, and with respect to the City, section 15.13.1 of the Municipal Code for The Corporation of the City of Brantford, and may be used for: (i) administration of this agreement; (ii) to contact the Tenant; (iii) Landlord’s insurance purposes (including defending claims); and (iv) as otherwise permitted or required by law. If you have question regarding the collection, use or disclosure of personal information collected under or pursuant to this Agreement, please contact the Manager of Real Estate, at the contact information set out in section 8.2 with respect to the City; and with respect to the County Clerk , at the contact information set out in Section 8.2.
MFIPPA. It is understood that the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act shall apply to all records submitted to or created by the Municipality and Service Manager pursuant to this Agreement.
MFIPPA. The Service Provider specifically acknowledges that the City is subject to the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. M.56, and that the City may be compelled by law to disclose certain information provided by the Service Provider.
