Metro Ethernet Service. Metro Ethernet Service connects two or more locations with a familiar and proven technolo- gy. Ethernet Private Line delivers an end-to-end experience in a dedicated private line con- nection. Multiple Metro Ethernet services may also be connected. OPT-E-MAN OPT-E-MAN offers you the ability to have multiple locations communicate with each other using a pure Ethernet solution over optical transport that connects your LANs within the same metropolitan area while supporting your many different types of business applications. OPT-E-MAN builds on the strengths of our network with Cisco equipment to provide you with scalable optical service within the metropolitan area. This service provides flexible bandwidth options, from 5 Mbps to 600 Mbps, to help you meet your growing Ethernet application needs. OPT-E-MAN supports many transport data configurations (point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, multipoint-to-multipoint). It uses physical and virtual connections to satisfy your specific busi- ness requirements.

Metro Ethernet Service. (“Service”) is a flexible transport service that uses established Ethernet transport technology. The Service provides connections between multiple Customer locations within a metropolitan area using native Ethernet protocol. The transmission speed depends on the Ethernet port (“Port”) selected and the amount of bandwidth ordered over the Port (“Bandwidth Profile”). Service extends to the Demarcation Point. “Demarcation Point” means the CenturyLink-designated physical interface between the CenturyLink-owned network and Customer’s telecommunications equipment. Service is available over three designs:
Metro Ethernet Service. The applicable Service will successfully meet the CoS Performance Objectives as outlined in Section 4.3 below during the duration of the testing period at a rate of not less than 99% of CIR.

  • Internet Service In the event that internet is required during your stay, please verify that the Property selected provides the service. Rules of the House: In the event there are rules specific to your Property either required by the Owner or if applicable from an HOA, they will be posted at the home and your compliance is necessary. Rental Unit for Sale: Occasionally a Property may go on the market for sale. In such cases Agent reserves the right to show the Property to potential buyers. Agent will make every effort to schedule the showing at a time that is convenient for Tenant, so as not to interrupt your vacation. Tenant’s cooperation is appreciated. Consumable Products: Paper products, laundry/dish detergent, personal toiletry items and food staples are not included in the Properties. Linens: Linens are included with all Properties for reservations up to 2 days or more. If linens and towels are damaged or missing there will be an added fee to replace and/or clean those items. Linens and towels should only be used for sleeping in and drying off. Damaged or missing bath towels are $25, hand towels are $15, wash cloths are $10, sheets are $30, pillow cases are $15, and bath mats are $20. Damaged items might include makeup, blood stains, excessive dirt, tanning lotion, and human waste.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Depot Service If depot service is included with Your Agreement, We will provide 3-way shipping to and from a depot service center of Our choice.

  • Customer Service A. PRIMARY ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE. Supplier will assign an Account Representative to Sourcewell for this Contract and must provide prompt notice to Sourcewell if that person is changed. The Account Representative will be responsible for: • Maintenance and management of this Contract; • Timely response to all Sourcewell and Participating Entity inquiries; and • Business reviews to Sourcewell and Participating Entities, if applicable.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Network Etiquette You are expected to abide by the generally accepted rules of network etiquette. These include but are not limited to the following:

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Cable Television, Telephone & Internet Services Long Distance calling may be done only through the use of a prepaid phone card or by charges made to a third party number if using a provided, in room telephone. Neither the Institution nor the Manager guarantees the availability of telephone service or cable television services. If the Resident wants additional cable television, telephone or internet service above and beyond any that may be provided as “standard” in the Residence, the Resident must submit full details to and request and obtain the prior written approval of the Manager and Institution. With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions. The term “Verizon OSS Services” includes, but is not limited to: (a) Verizon’s provision of Z-Tel Usage Information to Z-Tel pursuant to Section 8.1.3 below; and, (b) “Verizon OSS Information”, as defined in Section 8.1.4 below.
